In a word, Brittany is fantastic! We were relocating back to Central Texas from San Diego after 10 years. Having been familiar with the area 10 years ago, we thought we knew what we wanted. We found out quickly that the Austin and surrounding area has changed dramatically in the last 10 years. Initially, we needed an apartment while we were looking for a house. We gave Brittany and the team our parameters and scheduled a visit. She had several options scheduled from just what we asked for to a little more or less so that we had a great idea of what was available. After looking, we did not find a fit. That evening, my wife and I decided to expand our search to other areas in Central Texas. Brittany did not miss a beat and was happy to help us find a place that would work temporarily while finding a house. As for the house, the same story applied. We gave her parameters, she found exactly what we asked for only to find out that it was not what we actually wanted. We continually gave her other options and expanded our search. She was understanding and kept saying “My job is to find you the perfect house.” We eventually decided to build. At the time of the contract, the builder did not live up to their side of the deal so we chose to walk away. Brittany understood and we started over looking. In August, we found and closed on a new build that was finished and fits us well. It is safe to say that the final decision did not even resemble the original parameters that we gave Brittany. Brittany provided full service a smile and a great attitude during a process that could have been a disaster. She was always a bright spot in the process. As a side note, my agent in California is the #1 agent in the US and has been for some time. I am somewhat spoiled with the service level. I can honestly say that Brittany provided every bit of the service level that I have become accustomed to and she is a fantastic partner to have in the real state process. Not only is she our agent, but we also consider her a friend. I definitely recommend Brittany as highly as possible. You will not be disappointed with her knowledge, commitment, and results. We were lucky to find her.

Everybody knows that the housing market has been crazy this year, especially in Austin, so I don’t know how we would have navigated buying and selling our houses this year without Brittany. She was incredibly proactive in getting us the most accurate price comps in a market that seemed to be changing daily, which helped us get a much higher asking price than we expected when we sold. She then helped us strategize and beat out 8 other offers on the new house we bought. Thanks to her we got great deals on both homes. She also has close connections to contractors and technicians that she trusts in a wide variety of disciplines, which was invaluable since it is very difficult to get contractors in the booming Austin environment. We were so impressed with her that we recommended her to my parents, and she sold their house and found them a new one, again making them money on both ends through smart home staging and great negotiating. Brittany is fantastic and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
